Senneca Holdings is offering an internship through its LEAP Program (Leadership, Experiences, Applications, Performance) to develop skills across brands and products, learn Lean thinking, and understand core processes driving the business.

You will gain experiential learning via day-to-day field work, special projects, and formal presentations, with mentorship from executives to support industry and career growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment through training and on-the-job experience.
• Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Interact with various levels of leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems.
• Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills and stay current with industry trends.
