Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations under guidance of experienced professionals.
• Participate in production and manufacturing activities to gain practical experience.
• Work with safety, quality, and production teams on concerns and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document and analyze data related to production and quality metrics, efficiency, and performance.
• Engage in training sessions to expand knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and leadership skills.
• Shadow and learn problem‑solving methods from management roles and perform hands‑on learning activities.
