Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and contribute on cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing areas to understand processes.
• Support plant team members with production methods and equipment.
• Assist with researching new and existing projects.
• Prepare and present internship outcomes to leadership.
• Attend department meetings and translate feedback into plans.
• Collaborate across organization to communicate effectively.
