Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC, offers a Manufacturing Intern position at the Carolina plant for a 10-12 week summer program. Interns work on high-impact projects within manufacturing departments, gaining hands-on experience and applying continuous improvement thinking in a fast-paced environment.

During the internship, participants rotate through plant areas, support production methods, and develop proposals. They are expected to present outcomes to leadership and collaborate across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current Junior or rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• 0 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 0 Years - Experience in Position.
• 0 Years - Experience managing people/projects.
• 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 Years - Experience working in Position.
• 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to gain an overall understanding of the process.
• Provide support to plant team members to gain hands on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decision making.
• Create a presentation on internship experience, projects, and outcomes and present to department leadership.
• Learn to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
