Job summary

Philip Morris USA's Richmond, VA manufacturing center seeks an instrumentation and electrical technician. You’ll own the health of production and packaging machinery, perform PMs, install and repair equipment, and upgrade control systems with the team.

You will disassemble and inspect assemblies, evaluate issues, and drive plant-wide improvements in quality, safety, and productivity. Starting pay is $44/hour with progression and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Industrial/manufacturing experience in maintenance, instrumentation, or controls.
• Preferred credentials: apprenticeship, technical school, equivalent military training, industrial technology degree, or journeyman’s card.
• Willingness to work any shift and support overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable attendance and a learner's mindset.
