• 2+ years supporting plant operations or manufacturing launches and upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop WBT and ILT materials.
• Create blended learning solutions (VILT, eLearning, job aids).
• Communicate complex operational content to technical/non-technical audiences.
