Responsibilities include partnering with SMEs, analyzing performance gaps, and creating multi-modal learning experiences across plant operations. This 12-month position emphasizes scalable, practical content and strong collaboration with manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing eLearning, ILT/VILT, scenario-based and performance support tools.
• 4+ years in instructional design in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing web-based and instructor-led training with blended solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners on adult learning principles and performance-based strategies.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate learning needs.
• Align learning strategies with plant, launch, safety, and productivity goals.
• Design and develop learning experiences using ADDIE, SAM, rapid prototyping, action-based learning, and scenario-based learning.
• Develop multi-modal learning assets including eLearning, ILT/VILT, videos, workshops, simulations, and job aids.
• Create design documents, learning objectives, assessments, and success criteria.
• Support LMS setup and integration of manufacturing learning materials.
