Qualifications

• Native-level target language with strong English proficiency.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Background in Purchasing/Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, or Logistics.
• Knowledge of Indian manufacturing environments and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in target language or English grounded in locale contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across target locale manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
