Job summary

You will collaborate on reference materials, including spreadsheets, CAD files, and procurement docs, while leveraging your manufacturing background to shape task realism and economic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or supply chain.
• Comfort working in Excel-heavy workflows (cost models, BOMs, capacity planning).
• Prior experience with AI model training, evaluation, or benchmark development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Author benchmark task scenarios drawn from your professional experience.
• Supply reference materials (spreadsheets, CAD/engineering files, procurement documents).
• Write detailed rubrics defining deliverable requirements and formats.
• Grade AI-generated deliverables against rubric and professional judgment.
• Participate in calibration sessions with other experts to align scoring standards.
