Agile Ventures Pvt Ltd in the United States (Dallas) seeks an experienced Manufacturing & Industrial Engineer to lead the planning, design, and launch of new facilities. You will drive plant layout, line design, and capacity planning to achieve safe, scalable production.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, hands-on plant startup experience, and a continuous improvement mindset. This role offers a challenging environment with room to influence end-to-end manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting new plant launches, facility expansions, or production line installations.
Strong knowledge of Plant Layout & Facility Design.
Experience with AutoCAD, FactoryCAD, Visio, or layout planning software.

Responsibilities

Lead new plant setup projects from concept through production launch.
Develop facility layouts, manufacturing cell layouts, and material flow strategies.
Define equipment placement, utility requirements, workstation design, storage locations, and production flow.
Establish line balancing, takt time, cycle time, and manpower requirements.
Create Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOMs), routing structures, and process flow documentation.
