Qualifications
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience in operations.
- Hands-on startup, stabilization, ramp-up, and process development.
- Experience creating work instructions and process documentation.
- Focus on throughput, product flow, waste reduction, and CI.
- Background in mechanical/electrical assembly, brazing, sheet metal, or fabrication.
- HVAC or industrial equipment experience is preferred.
