Job summary

Dill Air Controls Products, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to design and justify new machinery, tooling, and automation aligned with safety, quality, and productivity goals. The role interfaces with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse to drive small to medium projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD and CAM tools, plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Distribution & Logistics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong documentation and specification skills.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing methods for safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and justify new machinery, tooling, and automation specifications.
• Analyze requests for changes to methods of manufacture to improve safety, quality, and costs.
• Create and update routings and work instructions for assigned areas.
• Perform time studies and establish production standards.
• Support Safety Committee and maintain CAD drawings with revision control.
