Dart Container in Randleman, NC seeks an experienced HR leader to drive workforce transformation at a growing manufacturing facility. You will partner with plant leadership to staff new operations, strengthen frontline leadership, and build a high-performing culture focused on safety, accountability, and results.

This role requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, strong employee relations, and the ability to translate workforce data into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience (or equivalent).
• Experience leading HR in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Success supporting business growth, expansions, or workforce transformations.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and employment law knowledge (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
• Proven HR leadership experience and ability to coach managers.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into action.
• Strong communication, organization, and change management skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset; able to tackle challenges head-on.
• Experience supporting a 24/7 operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR strategy for a growing manufacturing facility.
• Build and execute staffing plans to support line expansions and growth.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve retention and workforce stability.
• Coach and develop supervisors and managers into strong people leaders.
• Drive employee engagement via pulse surveys and workforce feedback.
• Conduct complex employee relations investigations and advise on compliance.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Use workforce metrics to identify trends and improve business results.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, COEs, and Operations leaders to deliver outcomes.
