Job summary

Allison Transmission in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a Plant HR Manager to translate people strategy into scalable programs at the plant level. You will lead performance management, talent acquisition, culture, and employee relations as a key partner to the Plant Leadership team.

You will drive end-to-end HR initiatives, collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations, and use data to measure impact. The role requires change leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and provides

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in project-based or agile deployment models preferred.
