Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing/logistics environment.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets production cost, schedules, and quality targets using established processes.
• Updates daily/monthly metrics and shopfloor performance boards.
• Regularly communicates updates on people, quality, cost, safety and responsiveness.
• Conducts daily handover with peer supervisor for smooth shift transitions.
• Facilitates floor operations and removes barriers to meet objectives.
• Manages personnel, material, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Responsible for training, performance management, coaching, disciplinary actions, payroll.
• Implements and maintains Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Complies with labor agreement and company policy; willing to work any shift.
