Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across a range of roles and levels.
• Exposure to benefits administration and HR compliance activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across the organization.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Professional, confidential, and service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across production, maintenance, technical, and corporate functions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles from entry-level to highly technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews, communication with candidates, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Support benefits administration and HR compliance activities.
• Assist with employee records management and HR processes.
• Provide guidance on FMLA, Workers' Compensation, onboarding, and lifecycle administration.
• Act as a resource for HR policies and employee inquiries.
• Approximately 70% of time spent on recruitment; remainder on HR administration.
