Job summary

Experis is seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to support personnel administration, payroll data management, and HR operations at a manufacturing site in Paulsboro, NJ. This 12-month, onsite role offers pay between $30 and $35 per hour on a W2 basis.

The ideal candidate will have solid HR administration experience, be detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Outlook; SAP experience is a plus. F2F interview required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, payroll, or personnel data management is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and biometric screenings.
• Maintain personnel records, payroll databases, and site catalogs.
• Process employee transfers, promotions, and system updates using global smart forms.
• Work with Payroll and Data Management teams on personnel updates and inquiries.
• Maintain HR process documentation, track deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders.
