Job summary

Refresco is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Greer, SC production location to align HR programs with plant goals and drive people strategies. You will partner with plant leadership to recruit, onboard, develop and retain talent while ensuring payroll accuracy and policy compliance.

The role requires strong HR operations experience, payroll administration, employee relations, and data-driven decision making to support Refresco's manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, recruitment and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR at the production location, supporting plant leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and motivate employees to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state/provincial legislation and policy adherence.
• Provide payroll coordination and timely payroll file delivery to central team.
• Train supervisors on payroll/time & attendance systems.
• Lead safety initiatives and contribute to community employer brand.
