Job summary

Refresco Beverages US is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR at our Tempe production location. You will work with plant leadership to recruit, onboard, develop, and retain talent, while managing payroll and ensuring policy compliance. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish and strong HRIS usage.

Responsibilities include partnering with Talent Acquisition, driving safety and employee relations, and delivering HR data and analytics to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field required.
• Five years of management experience in HR preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing HR is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication and payroll administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR management at the production location and support leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, manage performance and develop employees.
• Manage payroll processes and coordinate with central payroll.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and state/provincial laws.
