Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner II to provide strategic HR support at the regional production location.

You will partner with plant leadership to recruit, retain, develop, and motivate a high‑quality workforce to meet organizational goals. You will oversee HR policies, payroll processes, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while partnering with Talent Acquisition to hire hourly and salaried staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of management experience in Human Resources, with staffing and employee relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR issues at the production location and ensure adherence to HR policies and applicable laws.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement employment standards and partnerships with external vendors for hiring and benefits.
• Coordinate payroll delivery to central payroll and manage HR administration tasks.
• Train managers on payroll/Time & Attendance systems and advise on benefits and open enrollment.
