Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Greer, SC, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our production location and leadership team.

You will recruit, retain, develop and motivate high quality employees to help the plant achieve objectives. Reporting to the Regional Director of HR, you will manage HR programs including onboarding, performance management, payroll liaison, benefits inquiries and safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with state laws and Refresco

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field.
• Five years of management experience in HR.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
• Experience handling highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of HR issues at the production location.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and state employment laws.
• Provide HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and labor relations.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities with central payroll team.
