Job Juncture is seeking a Manufacturing HR Manager to lead an established HR team at a growing Ohio manufacturing site. You will partner with the General Manager, drive HR strategy, and own labor relations, compliance, and staffing initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required and related field preferred.
• At least five years in a lead manufacturing HR role.
• Experience overseeing others in a HR team.
• Strong HR compliance knowledge.
• Experience with recruitment and staffing strategies.
• Strong employee relations experience and problem-solving skills.
• HRIS experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement tactical and strategic HR plans for the site.
• Manage labor strategy, including collective bargaining, grievances, and contract interpretation.
• Propose policy changes and drive initiatives with leadership.
• Support recruitment plan and partner with the recruitment team.
• Communicate with executives, managers, and staff to resolve HR inquiries.
• Coach and mentor HR staff and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure plant compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO and OSHA requirements.
