Job summary

Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle at our Mississippi manufacturing facility. You will oversee recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, safety, and compliance, partnering with plant leaders to drive an engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Leads the HR function for the facility and executes key HR projects.
• Coaches leaders and employees to promote success and engagement.
• Manages talent acquisition to attract qualified candidates.
• Oversees performance management, compensation planning, and annual enrollment.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Manages employee relations, investigations, and disputes.
• Develops and implements HR policies and learning programs.
• Drives organizational change and maintains positive workplace culture.
• Some travel may be required.
