Job summary

Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI), a Federal Signal company, recruiting an HR Manager for a manufacturing facility. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, safety, and compliance to support business goals.

You will partner with facility leaders to drive engagement, change management, and talent development while ensuring consistent HR practices across the organization. Onsite role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 5+ years of human resource management experience.
• SPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function for a facility and execute HR programs.
• Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement and change.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensure HR processes align with company policies and employment laws.
• Manage payroll, leaves, and investigations.
• Support learning and development and succession planning.
