Job summary

Truck Bodies & Equipment International (TBEI), a Federal Signal Corporation subsidiary, seeks an HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will recruit, coach leaders, drive performance, ensure compliance, and manage compensation/benefits while nurturing a strong workplace culture.

You will partner with facility leaders to implement HR programs, support organizational change, and sustain engagement initiatives; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Professionals with HR certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in manufacturing HR, employee relations, and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of employee lifecycle including recruiting, ER, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with leaders to influence business outcomes and drive HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; manage safety and benefits.
• Develop learning, engagement initiatives, and HR policies; oversee HR team as needed.
• Address employee grievances, analyze compensation data, and administer leaves of absence.
