Job summary

DESTACO, a Stabilus Company, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager for its Wheeling, IL facility. You will lead HR strategies for recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development for hourly and salaried teammates, partnering with the Plant Manager to drive engagement and high performance.

You will oversee talent acquisition, retention, safety, and employee relations, implementing continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the site while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of HR Generalist experience with leadership at a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in non-union environments is required.
• Familiar with the Chicagoland talent market is highly desired.
