Job summary

This role blends HR strategy with hands-on operations on the factory floor and in the distribution center, driving staffing, workforce readiness, and change initiatives.

You will lead the onsite HR team, shape workforce planning, and translate production realities into people solutions while ensuring compliance, engagement, and performance

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive HR management experience, including 5+ years as an HR leader in manufacturing.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of manufacturing operations and site-level HR leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR-related field; professional HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a highly visible presence on the factory and distribution center floors.
• Serve as embedded strategic partner to site leadership in HR decisions.
• Lead workforce planning and people readiness for hourly, skilled, technical, and leadership talent.
• Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance across shifts.
