Job summary

Eaton's Electrical sector America, Power Distribution Controls & Assemblies (PDCA) seeks a manufacturing site HR Manager at our El Paso, TX site. You will lead HR initiatives, oversee staffing and development, and align HR with business goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Plant Manager and guidance from the Division HR Director, you’ll drive employee engagement, lead performance & succession planning, and champion community outreach and diversity programs across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HRMS and HRIS tools/software programs.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field; SPHR/PHR certification is a plus; Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Act as the site’s lead Business Partner to the Plant Manager and staff on HR matters.
• Coordinate and oversee performance appraisal and succession planning processes.
• Develop and align HR strategies with business objectives; manage staffing, training, and development.
• Administer local and corporate HR policies; ensure regulatory compliance and OFCCP-related reporting.
• Champion community outreach, diversity programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR systems, processes, and metrics to drive engagement and business outcomes.
