MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Arthur, IL, is seeking an HR Generalist to support our manufacturing operations. You will partner with leaders and associates to deliver strong HR support, drive engagement, and enable performance across the site.

As the primary HR contact, you will handle employee relations, staffing, coaching, onboarding, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with laws.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or operations.
• Knowledge of employee relations, staffing, performance management, and employment law.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary HR contact for associates and leaders within the Arthur plant.
• Partner with operations leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Administer HR policies, programs, and processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Assist with associate development, training, and engagement activities.
• Maintain HRIS data, employee records, and reporting requirements.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
• Participate in investigations, corrective actions, and associate relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Partner with the HR Manager to execute strategic HR initiatives that support plant objectives.
