Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist at its Dover, New Jersey casting facility. The role supports HR operations for ~900 non‑union employees across multiple shifts, covering recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance and performance management.

Anticipated pay range is $80k-$100k per year with a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and more. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR/recruiting experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Excellent computer skills – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• PHR, SPHR and Masters are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding, posting openings and coordinating interviews.
• Manage HRIS onboarding for new hires and promotions.
• Handle employee relations and performance improvement support.
• Extend offer letters for non-agency hires.
• Maintain sign-on bonuses and payment dates.
• Support internal job postings and college recruitment efforts.
• Assist with HR initiatives and related tasks.
