Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience in manufacturing or multi‑shift environment preferred.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and communications.
• Experience working in a multi-site environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll and benefits.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Support safety initiatives and training programs.
• Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
