You'll report to the VP of HR, support timekeeping and payroll, ensure policy compliance, and drive engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for hourly staff and production leaders.
• Recruiting and onboarding for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Administer timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
