Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Bloomfield, MO is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support benefits, salary recruiting, employee relations, community outreach, communications, and wellness programs on site. The role backups the HR Manager and is factory-based, so prior manufacturing HR experience is preferred.

You will coordinate recruitment, organize employee programs and events, manage grievances, and assist labor relations while ensuring a compliant, inclusive workplace at the Bloomfield factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Support hourly and salary personnel by being approachable and available.
• Organize employee programs including company events, charitable contributions, outreach events, and Women in Manufacturing gatherings.
• Manage grievances up to Second Step, and health and wellness benefit programs for Bloomfield associates.
• Supervise salary recruitment process: telephone interviews, on-site interviews, onboarding, and post-employment evaluations.
• Assist HR Manager with employee and labor relations; conduct investigations and provide action plans.
• Must be familiar with all functions performed by HR personnel and be able to perform these functions in their absence.
