Job summary

LuxWall, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, payroll support, benefits, and employee relations while advocating LuxWall’s culture and policies on the plant floor. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS such as Empower, PrismWFM.
• Payroll and timekeeping experience for non-exempt employees.
• Strong communication, organization, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes from posting to interviews.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS with data confidentiality.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, including open enrollment.
• Provide HR guidance to managers on policies and inquiries.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and update handbooks as needed.
• Coordinate training with Operations, Safety, Quality and Training.
