NYCOA is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations at our Manchester, New Hampshire manufacturing facility. You will help maintain efficient HR processes, support onboarding, and be an accessible point of contact for employees.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years in HR support; manufacturing plant experience a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paychex required; ADP a plus) and MS Office.
• Language: English and Spanish a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organization, time management, and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for daily employee questions on policies, benefits, attendance, and HR procedures.
• Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, screenings, and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee files, ensure legal compliance, and support workplace notifications.
• Coordinate with payroll on hours, PTO/leave, and benefits enrollment questions.
• Track performance review timelines and assist with training program logistics.
• Support HR projects, employee recognition, and workplace events.
