Job summary

Henkel is hiring an HR professional to support approximately 120 employees from leadership to front-line staff. You will implement HR processes, monitor cultural and HR KPIs, and conduct investigations to guide managers through progressive discipline.

You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence on Benefits, Compensation and Talent Acquisition, acting as a visible presence on the manufacturing floor to reinforce Henkel values and address employee concerns. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years professional HR experience.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment; HR on production floor.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Knowledge of California employment laws (wage/hour, leaves, accommodations, workplace violence prevention).
• Experience supporting employees in multiple locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports ~120 employees from Leadership to Front-Line; executes HR processes and strategies.
• Monitors HR KPI's (turnover, engagement) with local/regional teams.
• Conducts HR investigations and guides managers through progressive discipline.
• Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence for Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
• Engages on the manufacturing floor to reinforce Henkel values and address employee concerns.
• Champions Henkel Diversity & Inclusion and safety culture.
• Interprets and administers collective bargaining agreements for leadership.
