Job summary

Henkel Corporation seeks an HR professional to support about 120 employees from Leadership to Front-Line teams. You will execute HR processes, monitor turnover and engagement KPIs, and guide managers through discipline and succession planning.

Collaborating with Centers of Excellence, you’ll ensure top-tier Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition support while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and championing D&I and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR processes and solutions.
• Monitor HR KPI like turnover and engagement.
• Guide managers through progressive discipline and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on Benefits and Talent Acquisition.
• Frequent presence on the manufacturing floor to address concerns.
• Champion D&I initiatives and safety culture.
• Comfortable working in a union environment and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support approximately 120 employees from Leadership Team to Front-Line colleagues; deliver HR processes and implement strategies.
• Monitor cultural & HR KPI's and work with local/regional teams on action plans.
• Conduct HR investigations and guide managers through discipline and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure best-in-class benefits, compensation, and TA resources.
• Maintain an active presence on the manufacturing floor addressing employee concerns.
• Champion Henkel's D&I commitment and manage integration efforts.
• Promote safety culture by modeling behavior and escalating safety issues.
• Navigate union environment and interpret/administer the collective bargaining agreement.

What you´ll do

• Support approximately 120 employees from Leadership Team to Front-Line colleagues; delivers and executes HR processes, solutions and implements strategies to further our objectives.
• Monitors relevant cultural & HR related KPI's such as turnover, drop off and engagement; work with local & regional teams to implement action plans.
• Conducts HR investigations, guides and consults managers through progressive discipline process and collaborates with leaders on succession planning.
• Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure best-in-class delivery of Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition resources to the plant.
• Is an effective and frequent presence on manufacturing floor, interacting with employees to reinforce Henkel cultural values and address employee concerns.
• Is an Champion of Henkels D&I commitment & steers diversity and integration management.
• Champions Henkel Safety Culture by modeling proper behavior and escalating recognized safety issues.
• Comfort working in a union environment and able to interpret/administer collective bargaining agreement and provide appropriate guidance to leaders.
