Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology, business management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional HR role (Generalist/Business Partner); manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to provide proactive HR support in fast-paced onsite and remote environments.

• Collaborates with partners to deliver high-quality HR practices supporting a high-performance culture.
• Partners with leaders on talent management strategies to engage and retain talent.
• Addresses employee concerns and provides coaching and counseling as needed.
• Develops and maintains job descriptions and salary grades across North America.
• Supports succession planning, career paths and organizational design changes.
• Delivers management/employee training for organizational effectiveness.
• Leads onboarding and recruitment support for new hires.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws.
