Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks an HR Business Partner to collaborate with leadership, deliver coaching, and advise on performance management, compensation and organizational design at our Columbus, GA site.

Ideal candidate will develop talent, maintain job descriptions, support onboarding, and ensure legal compliance while driving a high-performance culture across North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Generalist or Business Partner role, manufacturing preferred.
• Proven, proactive HR support in a fast-paced onsite/remote environment.

• Deliver HR practices to support a high-performance culture.
• Partner with leaders on talent management and succession planning.
• Manage job descriptions, salary grades, and compensation benchmarking.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure employment law compliance and HRIS analytics.
