Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a talent-driven culture at our Columbus, GA facility. You will coach managers, develop talent, and align HR processes with business strategy across North America.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR, expertise in employee relations, compensation, and HRIS analytics. The role requires on-site presence with flexibility for shifts and remote collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, business management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' HR experience (Generalist or Business Partner); manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience delivering proactive HR support in fast-paced onsite and remote environments.
• SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal/external partners to apply high-quality HR practices.
• Partners with leaders on talent strategies to engage, motivate and retain staff.
• Addresses employee concerns with coaching and counseling.
• Maintains job descriptions and salary grade consistency across North America.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding processes; assists with organization design.
