Agropur is hiring a High Volume Recruiter for its Appleton, Wisconsin plant on a temporary 6-month contract. The role focuses on attracting hourly and specialized workers across sites, with a hybrid work arrangement and collaboration with the Plant Director and hiring managers.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of recruiting experience, plus familiarity with ATS tools and the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruiting.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including hourly workers.
• Familiarity with ATS tools for managing candidate pipelines and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing context and production goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to customize talent attraction and recruitment strategies for hourly positions at the site(s).
• Maintain knowledge of external labour supply and market conditions; advise managers through recruitment.
• Build relationships with community organizations to create long-term candidate pipelines.
• Represent the organization at industry and academic functions to boost recruitment.
• Lead all phases of the recruitment process for hourly positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offers and extend verbal and written offers; ensure regulatory compliance.
