Qualifications

• Demonstrate a high analytical ability to solve complex problems.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g. Word, email, typing).

Responsibilities

• Production & Operational Management: Analyze and adjust daily manufacturing plans; manage manpower allocation to maintain production flow.
• Continuous Improvement & Lean Practices: Improve results using Lean Manufacturing; identify and eliminate waste and lead action sheets.
• Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality processes with customer safety at the center; ensure compliance and drive quality feedback.
• Leadership & Team Development: Coach and mentor team members and Team Leaders; conduct disciplinary interviews and work with union partners.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Locate and analyze operational data to support accountability and continuous improvement initiatives.
