General Motors is seeking a Group Leader to guide teams in production, quality, or Global Supply Chain at an onsite Missouri facility. You will manage daily operations, improve processes, and promote a culture of teamwork and safety while driving SPQRCE goals.

The role requires supervisory experience, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills, with flexibility for rotating shifts and potential overtime in a high-demand manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of direct supervisory experience or 5 months as an internal GM per diem group leader.
• Experience managing people and addressing performance concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities.
• Analytical thinker capable of solving complex problems.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, typing, email).
• May be required to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
