Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fill in for supervisor when absent.
• Replace Team Leaders in their absence or when they are filling in for absent assembly operators on various production lines.
• Train and evaluate new employees; assist with administrative duties as requested.
• Create and revise Quality Check Sheets, Facility Check Sheets, Work Instruction Manuals, and Standardized Work Instructions.
• Develop Kaizen ideas and line balance charts; maintain Yamazumi and related charts.
• Organize worker observation audits to evaluate team member competency.
• Support 5S implementation and standardize work practices in the department.
