Job summary

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and some manufacturing exposure; 6 months preferred. This role requires adherence to GMPs, safety rules, and strong attention to quality and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting.
• 6 months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely, perform setup, cleanup, and seek efficiency improvements.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes) and Pratt Industries safety rules; participate in safety committee.
• Maintain quality, stop bad quality at source, record production data and status.
