The ideal candidate will follow GMPs, maintain quality standards, and participate in safety initiatives while supporting machine utilization and positive overall plant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred (6 months).
• Lift Truck operation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist production machines safely.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures.
• Identify mechanical issues and report to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist in improving setup times and downtime.
• Complete production data and safety reports.
