Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Preferred packaging industry experience in paper/plastics/converting.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machines including setup, operation and cleanup.
• Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries safety rules at all times.
• Help stop bad quality from leaving the facility to the customer.
• Maintain housekeeping and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Assist with production reports and data entry as needed.
• Cross-train on other machines and learn additional plant tasks.
