ITT Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls, NY is hiring a Front-End Planner to gather data, analyze schedules and establish high-level production plans. The role requires coordinating with supply chain, contract managers, customer service, project teams and sales/distribution to support on-time delivery.

The candidate should have 3+ years in production planning, strong communication, and experience with MRP systems and foundry/machining setups. This is an onsite, standard M-F schedule role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience expediting parts and products through the manufacturing process.
• Experience participating in inventory management and lead time planning.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team quotation process by establishing lead-times and premiums for all products that require less than standard lead time.
• Solely responsible for the initial order review that establishes the high-level schedule plan for all Pump Orders
• Establish final project schedule for Contract Managers after configuration is complete, coordinating with global suppliers as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing and production planning teams to validate feasibility and timelines.
