Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Planner III to develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands. You will create shop orders and prepare inventory targets based on production plans and schedules, while providing data-driven insights during planning meetings.

You will also plan equipment, material, and workforce requirements, lead planning meetings, and perform ERP transactions. This role requires collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Engineering to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field of Study.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
• OR nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
• OR three (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory targets in concert with production plans.
• Create shop orders based on the production schedule.
• Provide data-driven insights during production and operations planning meetings.
• Plan equipment, material and workforce requirements to meet production schedule.
• Lead and/or support scheduled planning meetings.
• Perform critical ERP transactions and prepare special reports on status of production.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on master schedule demand.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure execution of project plans.
• Monitor KPIs, including plan attainment, on-time delivery, and on-time job completion.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
