Carrier is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive the monthly FP&A cycle for a manufacturing site in the United States. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver data-driven insights and maintain strong financial stewardship.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A/manufacturing finance, excels in financial modeling, and leads cost-optimization initiatives within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Commerce.
• 5+ years of FP&A or manufacturing finance experience supporting plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly FP&A cycle including forecasting, planning, and close/actuals analysis.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to translate metrics into financial impact.
• Oversee inventory reporting, CAPEX governance, and production forecast cycles.
• Lead ad hoc strategic projects and cost-optimization initiatives.
